Sorry for your encounter, i know how it feels because when i was in Jss3 a friend introduced it to me and since then i have been struggling with it, i initially don't know what i was doing but the more I grew up i realised it's called masturbation and it's bad for me i started feeling guilty each time I did it and still i found it difficult to stop, it's makes me lean, it disturbed my health and cost me some memory problems, I'm an extrovert but i dont feel sexual urge when I'm with a girl, i derived pleasure from masturbating more than having real sex....i thank God for my life, I'm gradually overcoming it , not completely but i do it now once in a month and I believe soon I will stop it finally, it's a process... prayer works but it won't get you out of it....be strong and determined, you can't stop it once but little by little.
