Bro, that money is gone. I also got the bonus and what was written on the terms and condition is 'Bonus must be used on total odds of 3.0 and above, also all events accumulated by the bonus must be completed within 7 days of receiving the bonus.

Look at your screenshot, you were giving the bonus on the 4th and your accumulated games finished on the 15th,which means there are 11 days in between which is more than the stipulated 7 days.
