I had 4 shoes bought from eBay through shinner2010 since September, 2 are in Nigeria already. The other 2 have not been delivered to his contact in the US so he claimed , and its past the delivery date quoted.

I asked him to check his account and let us get to know what happened. It’s been one story or the other since then. His main line of argument is that the sellers are from China so we should wait till eternity because the seller probably would ‘have to trek all over China, Climb the Great Wall and hawk the merchandise down to US’ Just imagine, since September.

That boy lacks good customer relations. He’s insulting or arrogant, NO! But I think he lacks that technical know how on what to do next when issues like this arise.

Doesn’t Ebay offer some kind of 60 days buyer protection or thereabout?
I'm not speaking on behalf of Shinner2010 because I don't know that dude not online and not in person, plus I've never dealt with him before but I have done importation from USA, Malaysia, and China and I know one thing for sure is that shipments from China comes with a lot of patience.
Some of my experiences I will list below:
1. I've placed an order from China from China that took about a month instead of 2wks to deliver. That happened when I started China importation in 2017.

2. Sometime this year, I placed orders worth over 200k from China and scheduled arrivals to 2days, 2wks and 3wks respectively. Goods that were to arrive in 2days arrived without hitches, same thing happened with those of 2wks but those of 3wks happened to take about a month+ extra...why?
My shipping company that I trust to always deliver sent me a message and I quote "The goods were seized on the 27th of last month. Some customers bought goods like Nike, Adidas. When they saw it, they seized all the goods that were seized on the 27th seized they don't produce those kinds of goods..."
That message was sent to me on 12th September for goods that left for Nigeria in July and was to arrive 3wks later which happened to be 27th of August. Anyways, it arrived in October, which means it took 1wk to get to shipper, 3wks to "arrival" which didn't work and extra 3wks to 1 month which means a total of 2 months from time of purchase to time of arrival.

3. Same thing but worse experience happened to one of my friends that just started China importation after I had persuaded him to give it a try after reading about in for too long. He finally had the guts but he was dazzled cos his is about 2-3months in China and he's been praying for a release.

There are many other experiences I've had as a China shipper but for the sake of not telling long story, I'll stop at that 3.

I will not be quick to judge either you or Shinner2010 because you paid for your goods and you deserve some customer satisfactory rights as a customer but please understand that eBay may not explain some of this to Shinner and moreso, he might not know what step should be taken as he might not be used to shipping from China via eBay but every product ordered for has an estimated arrival and country it's coming from.
Perhaps he should share some of that info (screenshot) with you. That would help.
I placed an order recently via eBay from China. I can show you screenshots if you wish to see but it has to be via whatsapp as I have challenges uploading on Nairaland due to low storage memory.

Thanks for the comment and I will want to believe that you are new to buying of stuffs online especially when it comes to TLC or AIN.
When you reached out to me, you saw my TLC deal of which you asked for details and I told you vividly that it will be shipped the following week which was Thanksgiving week and everyone knows there is holiday here in the US for the Thursday and most people are also closed on friday as well which affected FedEx from delivering the package to the shipper having known that the package was shipped from Kansas on Wednesdays to Chicago.
When you reached out to me, I explained to you and I apologize for the delay which was even beyond my reach.

Everyone who has bought any Samsung deals from me knows I most times have more than one each time I post and I give everyone the same pics since the phones are the same color but you came to my personal chat telling me why do I keep advertising your phone and I replied that what makes you think it's your phone? Incase you dont know, I have sold over 60 pieces of the SAMSUNGs S10 and S10 Plus so far and No one has ever come to complain here that he paid and he didnt get the item.
Now incase you dont know, the ones I recently advertised are AIN as it indicate on the post because you paid less as TLC and to the people who sabi how it works, they all know say AIN cost more than TLC and the difference in amount is the WAITING PERIOD.


You could have saved yourself some energy and earn five star if you was able to comprehend the difference between TLC and AIN and again before you come on public forum and be drawing graphs with your keypads, try as much as possible to be sure you are doing just what is right.

Lastly, thanks for doing business with me and your S10+ await you on Monday at Omicpet office as i have told you earlier today.
