OP, the issue is from your end if you're experiencing 404 errors, not the server. It may have to do with your connectivity. If your experiencing same issue with other websites, you may want to switch browsers in case there are some certificate resolution issues.

Are you trying to access an http website or an https website? https requires the proper certificates for decryption. Otherwise, you may just Google up resolving 404 errors and try the multiple options available

That 404 error means the request doesnt exist on the server. Your computer was able to connect to the server but the requested file was NOT found. Maybe u uploaded the file to a wrong directory.
Also, Check if u havent exceeded your allocated memory

It means that the requested information is found but access is not granted.

Your index.php or index.html file has ben deleted, or renamed. Check your files

go to "Customize" on your wordpress panel and make your home page static... select the homepage as the default landing page.
