Some people have done theirs and guarantors slip was not needed just three things , means of identification , confirmation slip and email slip I couldn't copy and paste the questions asked but it was 40 minutes for 50 questions , English (lexi) mathematics (elementary calculations ) current affairs .

I think that won't be a problem... since it bears your name and details.
The crowd at my center was so much to the point they didn't really scrutinize whatever you present to identify yourself.

guarantors form wasn't ask for,yes u could u ur temporary drivers license or temporary NIMC
