yes OPPO, VIVO and 1+. is being produce under BBK just like infinix tecno and itel under transsion. And I would rather go for a 1+ phone next a vivo before OPPO on the line up.

In terms of ram. Y9 2019 is 4gb ram while y9 prime is 6gb ram.
The oppo is 8gb ram.
