I'll say you definitely don't know much about IP laws. That is IP theft right there if either Davido didn't agree to allow this or if he decides to press charges.
Chord progressions may be similar but arrangement, lyrics, etc count towards IP for the original composer aka Davido.
And before you start, not much of a Davido fan. Just stating plain facts.
