You made lot of solid points but all these is practically impossible in Nigeria
Black man is cursed,Africa will never be okay
Even in developed world, area populated by black are always very bad,if you look at South Africa it's heading backward, look at Baltimore in USA,look at Peckham in UK and Alnalda in sharja Dubai
Black man is simply cursed

Nigerians are the only people who are forever putting black people down and elevating whites. Look at other threads, you'll find someone saying a similar thing. It's essentially self-hate nothing more nothing less.

Bro, on another thread there was a Nigerian guy who said the reason South African girls are beautiful it's because of white people. I knew there and there that the level of self-hate was deeper than I thought

Actually, I'm Nigerian myself and I get so dissapointed. I organize protest ocassionally and nobody wants to join. Nigerians themselves are the problems because they don't want to hold to gov accountable.

^As for what that guy said -- I have NO words.

How do we move forward if we don’t discover ourselves? I gave you several examples even in united state, what the blacks are doing there,Uk,Dubai,South Africa, what else do you need? It’s not about elevating the white,Black/ are naturally bad and you know it and I think we should not hide the truth from ourselves
We just have to find a solution, something I don’t think is possible

even though i do not agree with some of your plans, i will write this, Nigerians believe that to change Nigeria, it will takes 6 months or 1 years, they will give you examples of singapore and the rest without understanding that those countries tooks years to be what they are today

to change a country basically takes 20 years or more so nobody to expect that those highlighted pionts above will be implemented in 1 year even if the will power is there.

it's one thing to be self- introspective and it's one thing being hateful of one self and you my brother have an inferiority complex. You say South Africa is now like Baltimore just because black people are in charge but I bet my last Rand you don't know the conditions of South Africa of apartheid 94 and the South Africa of now.

There's a lot going right for Africa now than in the past, granted there are still problems, the rampant employment, poverty, corruption etc but the future outlook is positive, Africa is the only region that's expected to grow, look at the likes of Kigali for example, it was a warzone not long ago today they are producing cellphones. What will keep Nigeria on the back burner is this mental reliance on white people, many countries are progressive without whites, the UAE and Singapore were third world a few decades ago

You shouldn’t compare UAE or Singapore to any country in Africa, they are not black and I must tell you that If Chinese are assembling mobile phones in Kigali doesn’t make it an indigenous company.Africa of 2-3 decades ago is far better than Africa of today.
This have nothing to do with Nigeria,I repeat I am talking about black man,we are terrible human being and this have nothing to do with lot self esteem or whatever it’s what it’s we are who we are

I did not compare the UAE to Africa, I merely showed you that in order for development to occur being white is not a prerequisite, the Arabs of UAE and the Asians of Singapore aren't white are they?

To say black people are terrible human beings again proves that you have an inferiority complex problem, if blacks are indeed terrible people what do you call the whites who wiped out the Aztecs of Mexico, made slaves of Africans , brought incurable diseases like Aids to Africa, stole minerals etc?

Bros, if you truly had a dream about all this, then, kudos to you for dreaming it and remembering all this incredible points.

I see most as very practical since you are talking about the future of Nigeria, not Nigeria as it is presently constituted.

I have few concerns though, such as; paying, teachers, doctors and so on more than anyone else; actually, we live in the 21st century where scientists, researchers, coders and so on are in need more than teachers and doctors. A coder is more productive than a doctor, for example, because he can build a medical project or platform that will serve and save millions of lives, whereas a doctor will save a few lives in his lifetime. So, who should get paid more?

If teachers and doctors become more digital, then that would be perfect, and perhaps, we should steer the future towards that direction.

Also, I don't agree that politicians should be paid less because while that might be a good idea, the risk is that we will attract people who see politics as second fiddle. People who get educated at the best institutions will rather seek work at private institutions, therefore, the public sector will be left with politicians who cannot really compete with those from the private sector; actually, it shouldn't be.

The situation will therefore, remain as it is with a downtrodden, slow and incompetent public sector -merely used by politicians.

I also do not agree to death penalty for politicians, although, corruption is bad and must be punished. We can talk about other maximum punishment such as life imprisonment with free service to the public. I will rather, see Orji Uzor Kalu sweep the floor of public roads each day than kill him just like that. In that way, the public gets more value than helping him to die just like that. His death will even cost the public more money.

Apart from those, free WIFI, industrialization at every level and all are not bad ideas and are very practicable.

We will get there, well done!

Dream more....
