I applied for secondary market with First Bank about a week ago. I'm yet to be debited. According to the TB Officer, my application is yet to be approved. Something just seems to be wrong. Any body with this dilemma? |

Bugatie: Most of the banks invest your money in Tbills anyways, so its bound to crash their prices, you can always reduce the risk of a risky investment with knowledge, don't be afraid to go into it and always test the water before jumping in 2 Likes |

damilola1978: Dollar is the number one currency in the world, kindly read up Bretton Woods System and Agreement, it cannot drop like that, also the Government want Naira to be attractive to investors hence the low rates, Also Dollar is not sitting idle, they are working and working harder and smarter than us, 50% 0f the world's GDP is shared between USA and China, we still require the Dollar to refine our fuel and many more fundamentals 7 Likes |

Inflation is at 11.85%, buying tbills for 6% is just useless. Apart from the stanbic dollar fund, Iām also thinking of opening a union bank domiciliary account that gives interest. Anyone that has info on it? 3 Likes |
