Exactly. Imagine the senior team having the winners medal (hopefully) and then they come back to meet players like Shaq and Origi who contributed for Liverpool to be in the competition in the first place. That would be really unfair

You still dont get it....Liverpool can easily qualify and play carabao cups every season but they only get to play world club cup games after you have won the champions league trophy! This isn't easy!
So the decision to choose the world club cup over an insignificant caraboa cup is a no-brainer!
