If iykepromotions had kept his sales records to himself and only wrote epistles what would have convinced newbies that domain flipping is a real business?

That you want to be secretive about yours doesn't mean you should discourage others whose intension is purely to encourage the house.

"We are based in Cornwall, which is a good 2 hours’ drive from Torquay. What makes you think that domain would be of any use to us?

Did you use an email scraper? Seems the list of end-users you reached out to was not laser-targeted to Torquay. It's like reaching out to a plumbing business in Onitsha to buy EnuguPlumber/com. If you must reach out to businesses outside the immediate geo location in the domain name, make sure the driving distance is less that 15mins.
Don't waste further time with this prospect imho.

Put your Chrome browser in Incognito mode and visit hunter . After it shows u v reached d checking limit, exit d Incognito mode and open it again.

But email scraping will save u time sha.
