Tutsi & Himas and related are definitely amongst the richest in Africa - in terms of land holding & cattle - driving the west Uganda all the way to Rwanda - you see impressive cattle ranches owned by Tutsi/Hima - who also look like really fine stock of human beings - and then bantus hurdle together in small towns.

0.700–0.799 (high) - only Sychelles has reached here in Africa.
0.550–0.699 (medium) - Both Kenya and Ghana are 0.55 something.
0.350–0.549 (low) - Nigeria & Tanzania as expected will be here.

. The difference btw Ghana & Kenya is 0.017.It so minimal that both Kenya and Ghana are ranked in the same category. That probably 1.7% - within the statistical error.
