nope we don't have to be in same location and you can only do this with a digital copy of the game where by you give out your account for the person to download your games on his own console, after he's done he then deactivate the account. Note this is legal. And both of you gets to play the game without any issues

It means you won't be able to play online with the game, since it wasn't initially purchased from your console, well good for offline gaming and most of all only applicable to digital purchased games.
