A friend of mine just report to me how a soldier threatening to beat the hell out of him for telling him to stop smoking marijuana in front of his house, this I think is insane for a country that is under civilian watch.

so Nigerians here, what is the best way to deal with millitary intimidation , particularly as regards to this one . I recently learn police hardly arrest soldier in Nigeria even if they are caught smoking weed .
