You didn’t even bother to assimilate the potential of the second aspect I suggested.

In the next 10-15years, land in and around Erunmu will sell for nothing less that 10m/plot without the stress or further investments of hotels. Without much stress. Today it’s sold for less than 500k for 6/7plots.
