Yea. Just follow the tuition portal on your Admission letter to Generate a payment instruction. Choose Western union as it's more faster, Also choose USD as that's the currency you will pay in from Nigeria.. You can wait until Aud dollar drops, then you can Generate it. Use the code given to you to pay your Tuition fee in the bank. Bank exchange rate still remains 360 Naira to 1USD. Be guided... Justasking: |

I was filling my acceptance form to uts, I got to a point where they asked about Visa refusal in the past. The instruction says I must contact the school before I proceed. I have been refused a visa by US embassy in October 2015, wanted to attend a conference sponsored by my office but it was refused. Now I wrote to the school as instructed. They sent me this. Please our experienced bosses here how do I go about the reply. Thanks |

Good day everyone, thank you for all the great contributions made on this platform. I have been a beneficiary of the information shared on this platform. To the good news, I got my study visa grant for a 1 year course in Sydney. I was excited by the grant but the 1 year hasn’t really made me celebrate the good news. How it happened: initially I got an admission for a 2 year course but due to the delay in visa grant, my admission was deferred to February. Subsequently, the school issued me a new COE which happened to be for 1 year. I made a mistake of not confirming as it didn’t occur to me there could be a change in the number of years of the course. I didn’t notice until my Visa grant came through. To my issue: what are the possibilities around changing my course to get 2 years once I land in Aussie? Are there other possible solutions you can think of? Please I need the help of those who may have gone through this in the past or knows someone who had this same issue. Or is there someone currently in this same dilemma? All input will be greatly appreciated, thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in Advance. |

Fear not, US Visa denial won’t affect you. If it’s a previous Australia student denial then there might be an issue with the admission. But for US, no worries. Vincentosa: |

Smile4mee01:Google backpackers in Melbourne CBD and a lot will pop up, check the price and distance to your Uni, weigh your options and you can as well make an online reservation and pay upon arriving then you look for a long term accommodation. |

Good day guys. Please, I would like to know if taking up the study abroad option in Germany that my uni offers, say for a semester or two out of my 2 years Masters program in Australia, affects my post study visa application or I have to spend all my 2 years in Australia for studies for me to be eligible for the post study visa. Thanks 1 Like |

Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Softkey(m): 2:28am On Dec 21, 2019 |
Since you initially got a COE that stated 2years means the school offer the same course spread for a duration of 2years. If I’m right about that, then you’re halfway good. Meet with the school admission team upon arrival to change your duration and get new COE. This might probably means you reapplying for a visa. In doing so, you’ll be issued a bridging visa to legally remain in Australia during the process of the new visa which might take time as the normal one. Note that you might not be able to work with the bridging visa hence you need to be highly prepared of the living expenses without work. Nikky121: |

Hello, newbie alert. Please I sent in an application to University of Western Australia and i got a reply stating: We are reviewing your application, please send in the following: 1. Official clear copy of your bsc transcript and certificate 2. Official clear copy of your msc transcript and certificate 3. Letter from your msc school stating the official number of years for msc (did mine for 5 years) My questions are 1. How do i get the official transcripts when my schools usually doesn't allow students handle transcripts 2. Will the number of years i did my masters affect me 3. Is this response (their reply) a positive one P.S I am going in for a second masters in Agricultural economics. Please help, thank you. |
