Is it possible to get accurate gender scan when the baby is breech?
1st scan at 16wks plus said it was a boy (Baby was cephalic)
2nd and 3rd scan said its most likely a girl (Baby was breech) But they weren't sure, and I was asked to repeat scan when baby changes position
Now I'm not even sure if I want to know again
Think I'll go with team surprise

I'm experiencing the same thing too.

1st scan at 16wks plus said XY(Boy). I went to another place for 2nd scan @19weeks plus but the person said she's not sure because the baby was breech.

Ma'am, you will not loose your baby by his grace. You need bed rest and take enough water. Progesterone will be given to you.

I am 20weeks now. I also experience bleeding with clots for two weeks in my first trimester but drugs such as progesterone(Cyclogest, Genstone injection) was given to me and I was advised to be on bed rest for two weeks, only 30minutes walk was required within the house, no bending or lifting of any heavy weight.

Not to worry though every woman is different in pregnancy, yours will be easy.

My firstpregnancy was much much easier with no tiredness, just vomiting and sensitive nose that lasted about a month.

I make plain oat not too thick or too watery. I allow it to cool, pour it in my blender, add 3banana, tin peak milk, a spoon of peanut butter, ice cold water/watermelon and blend. Then still put it in freezer after pouring it in a water bottle container (covers face)
The way baby puree is made.
Is yummy but maybe you won't like it

I use a private hospital and I know nothing about fmc jabi that's why I didnt respond either.

Secondly, morning sickness doesn't exactly have a time that it goes away. For some it stops once they enter the second trimester, and some when they enter the 3rd trimester and for some people like me, it continues till delivery.

2 is pure maternity jeans while the other 2 are just regular band jeans but would fit a size 12 mama without it being tight (they used to fall sef when I was wearing them)

Would fit a size 10/12 mama.

If you're outside abuja and willing to pay waybill for it, then fine. Other than that I'd prefer abuja mamas only. If you're in town I could deliver it personally too.

We are moving closer to meeting our LO. Hope we are almost done with shopping because most of us must have started walking like elephant. I can't even imagine how I walk these days with swollen legs. It's a wonderful experience anyway.

How are my teamies?To sleep nowadays na war.Plus my face is getting darker.Bags are already packed and baby's wardrobe arranged .May God grant us all safe and easy delivery with both mother and baby healthy.I won't mind porting to December if that's God's will.

I had inevitable miscarriage at 27 weeks due to cervical incompetence on Wednesday ... I also went through the same experience about a month ago although mine was a little bit different. My water broke at 28weeks.I n DH rushed to the hospital where I was attending ANC,Upon seeing the O&G Doctor,said I had PPROM.I was admitted immediately,I was given antibiotics against infection and injections to develop the lungs of the baby. By the 3rd day,the doctors said the baby needs to be taken out immediately thru CD since my pus was high and the scan says the Amniotic fluid is low The baby came out weighing 1.2kg and since .... was prematured they incubated .....I spent another 7 days dealing with a lot.To cut the story short,the baby died dued to breathing complications.I have wept my eyes out.It been God all the way that am staying strong and struggling to get up every morning. It was my first.what is even paining me is that I had no complications throughout the pregnancy except the morning when my water broke.It is well.I know by next year God will put a smile on our faces

That prayer is very important. That strength gangan is importanter, because what my eyes is seeing ehn... Baba God help your child. The way i dey hail my mama with 4boys ehn

Comlement of the season to you all..
My wife is 41 weeks at the moment and not having a good time with her body as she keeps having pains in her lower part of her belly and baby also very active and moving rigorously..

Now the issue is this .. she intends to induce labor naturally by boiling orange leaf and drinking ( according to her, a few of her friends did it and it worked for them..) saying in less dan 2 hours they went into labor and deliverd..

My question is this? How safe is this practice...
I have been of the opinion she should wait till the baby is ready to come out.... (But she says in her words... "You are not the one carrying the pregnancy,so u dont know what pains i'm going tru...)

Its her second baby... She delivered the first in 38weeks hence shes boderd ....

Would appreciate everyone's candid opinion as to if she can try the method or not..

What is your doctor saying? She's past her due date at 41 weeks. Doctor should have set up a plan incase baby didn't come at end of 41 week. That it worked for her friends doenst mean it will work for her.

Never heard of that.
She should get Queens pineapple(native pineapple) please not the regular Cotonou pineapple, is sold for 400 per 1. It aids labour.
She should also discuss induction with her doctor instead of going through that orange leaf route.
With my first I was induced at 41wks dot although I started losing MP at 40wks.
I was tired, I discussed with my gynaecologist. After the necessary checkup etc, I was induced at 4pm, I gave birth at 7pm dot.
She should discuss with him/her

I don't want to port o, want to give hubby a birthday (birth month) mate. so any day in January is fine by me hubby is 9th I don't think this lil man will wait till then.should be done with hospital bag next week after the last round of shopping.
