Every business earning over 85k will charge VAT .......... If they dont then it hidden somewhere embedded in the cost but it is there

This LL seems to me like someone who will want to hold on to your deposit. If possible dont stay long in that house and keep all correspondence of complaints.

Pictures? Naa. I did better.

I did a 9 min video walking round the house showing them the state of the house. The fact that it can be a 9-min video sef says a lot. And now I feel sick: I used the extractor in the kitchen (oven hood) and ever since then I’ve been having dust in my throat (you know that feeling before you have catarrh in naija).

I’m just so happy because I have more to use to nail them. They promised to clean the house up but the dust in it eh- you’d think you’re in the Sahara. I’m guessing the extractor must have pulled in a bit of dust and then release it when I turned it on.

To the best of my knowledge no, it can’t be done online. Someone has to walk into the bank on your half to do it. When you do it the first time, you can then manage it (re-invest) online.

If you have filled an indemnity form with your bank (I think that’s what it’s called) you won’t have to walk in physically, you will just contact your bank via email to make investments on your behalf.

Well I think you can write an instruction (signed) directing the bank to book TB at prevailing rate for you and debit your account for it. Then scan and send to the relationship officer managing your account (if u don’t have their contact, send a mail to contact Centre of the bank - they should get it for you)

I would say, Nigeria is stuck at the bus stop going neither forward nor backward.
