Sir which oil is best for Honda servicing.

Check your oil cap, 5W-20, 5W-30, 0W-20, depending on year of vehicle and mileage.

GAZZUZZ:

[color=#770077]Problem is 3 parts

Our fuel ends up clogging the catalytic converter of most Honda and ford vehicles, if not diagnosed properly plugs, coils, injectors, valves, piston rings, are tampered with looking for a fault.

A blocked catalyst will cause sever heat on the exhaust side of the head cylinder destroying valve stem seals and compression rings resulting in bluish smoke.

For diagnosing sluggish movement start with the catalytic converters.

Mechanics is self explanatory

Dear Gazzuzz,

Thanks for this.

Please, can a blocked catalytic converter cause recurrent leaks in the exhaust manifold?

Also, how can one test to determine if the cat is blocked or not?

Thanks in advance boss.

Good evening all, my Honda 2008 had a broken bolt on the steering pump, the engine was removed for the bolts to be replaced. When it was returned, on some occasions the car will rev up and down on its own and won't move even when it's in drive or reverse. When u put it off and start again it takes time to start. The mechanic told me it will stop, that it happens because of the battery that was removed. Honestly I don't buy that, someone help, any idea what the problem could be? Thanks

It's like luvinhubby mostly answers questions that have to do with business. This thread shouldn't be named Honda maintenance tips then, it's misleading.
