Yes, Tinubu is a brazen thief, but he wouldn't enjoy half the support he currently does if so many of the people who attack him weren't obviously motivated by tribalistic bitterness about GEJ's defeat - and it is obvious that they are driven primarily by tribalism because they never have anything similarly vicious to say about GEJ and his band of merry thieves.
Tinubu is the richest former Governor and he still gave himself the best pension of any leader anywhere in the world.
The man's greed knows no bounds.

When I hear people say Lagos state is rich and can survive without Federal allocation it baffles me. The so called Lagos is rich is not reflecting in the physical world. Dirty environment, narrow roads, unemployment , poor and obsolete facilities , poor primary and secondary education, poor medical facilities just like are found in the poor states and now head the lists of both foreign and domestic debtors.
I wept when I came to Lagos last year. Where did all the money they have been receiving since 1999 go?

Why are all of you lots wailing? You guys keep defending these politicians simply because they are either from your state, tribe, religion or party. They will keep ripping you lots of because they know that there's nothing you idiots can do about it. If you organize a protest, they will either call you "afonja", "ipob" or a "wailer". So continue with your suffering and smiling. You have that "grills" idiot who isn't talking about the heavy borrowing of this Government. He's not talking about the money wasted on "renovating" the National Assembly. Yet, like most of his ilk, he is kissing the ass of this incompetent Government that should be booted out in a sane society.

Keep shouting y'all hear? These lots do not give a damn about any of you and see you lots as useful cannon folder. Nothing more.

Poverty has reduced some Nigerians to become professional ass kissers of fantastically corrupt leaders.
