I know bro... It's normal. It's just like when you're chasing something and when u eventually get that thing , you'd likely stop the chase cause there's nothing to chase anymore.

You just need to ask yourself why you're going into a relationship at first... Is it to meet your sexual need or you just want someone around you who could give you more attention, or probably you need some validation, "yea , I can actually have a girlfriend"... Trust me, if it's any of the aforementioned motives, it won't last , hence you lose affection easily.

Male virgins should date/marry their female counterparts and vice versa. They would learn from each other just as every non virgin has done. Together, they would know what works for them and understand their pace and predilection for certain styles and methods. A woman doesn't learn how to give birth by experiment, rather by procreation itself. It's biology not physics.
