I went there and was told in case of cs, one might be referred. I'm not praying for cs but I think one never knows what God has in stock for delivery.

Protein in urine during pregnancy is usually not good. It could be because of infection( pid, malaria etc) wich i am sure was the reason the doctor asked you to do some other investigations to know what the actual cause is. And if it was caused by infection, it can be treated by your doctor. Protein in urine can also be because of a condition called pregnancy induced hypertension(pih). Pih can simply be said to be a condition in pregnancy that is characterized by high blood pressure, oedema n PROTENURIA(protein in urine which you are having). The thing is your doctor/nurse will continue to monitor your blood pressure and check if you have swellings (oedema) on ur legs especially. If all these things are present( ie oedema and high blood pressure plus the protein in urine), then, there might be a problem but no worries, it can be treated by your doctor but if they are absent, it means you are alright. Protein in urine during pregnancy can also be caused by dehydration which can easily be corrected by taking adequate fliud( water). Like the mama above as suggested, take enough water and have enough rest and eat well too and do the required tests ordered by your doctor . Dont be worried, all will be well.. And continue to commit it all to God...

When I got to the doctor, he mentioned that they saw protein in my urine so he requested for some test to be done before my next appointment. Please is it something I should be worried of? I started having diarrhea on Sat and my mind keep going to the diagnosis. I don't want to check google because reading somethings can even make your situation worse. I'm just being positive that this testimony is permanent in my life and there shall be no complications in sha Allah. I'm just 14 weeks. Can't even sleep well now. 2 is pure maternity jeans while the other 2 are just regular band jeans but would fit a size 12 mama without it being tight (they used to fall sef when I was wearing them)

Thanks for your response ma. I don't have any of the symptoms you mentioned and my bp was normal that day. I also read about the dehydration as one of the causes on google. I want to believe it's dehydration because MS has not been enabling me to drink water for the past three months. If I drink little water I will vomit it but since two days ago, I thank God I can hold some water without vomiting it. I'm hoping everything will be alright on my next appointment by God's grace.

I just did my ultrasound at 19wks. My baby is right traverse lie. Hope that's ok? And how do I sleep now?
Also, I don't think I have felt my baby movements or maybe I have. I was told am supposed to. How does it feel like?

Am the lady with fibroid on the anterior wall that encouraged another lady with multiple fibroids. During the ultrasound no fibroid was detected. Praise God! This is to encourage you Mama. God is in control and all will be well

Is it possible to get accurate gender scan when the baby is breech?
1st scan at 16wks plus said it was a boy (Baby was cephalic)
2nd and 3rd scan said its most likely a girl (Baby was breech) But they weren't sure, and I was asked to repeat scan when baby changes position
Now I'm not even sure if I want to know again

I love knowing baby's sex before birth cos I'm a planner, I can plan for Africa. You can check again to be sure although some people after scan tells them something else, they end up birthing another sex. Lolzzzz, we are counting down already, God is awesome.

I bought size 2. The economy pack that has almost 90 in it. We're still using it. The size 1 we were gifted with were already getting tight, I had to use them quickly. You baby will be on size 2 for about 2 months or more....I think. For me I buy 3 economy packs every month

. I experienced same as a FTM. I tried all means of falling into labour, drank zobo, danced,walked,ate pineapple and all but I eventually went for the induction. it was not painful o! In fact,nothing out of the ordinary and it was a vaginal delivery without complications or tear sef. just keep an open mind and be prayerful.
