No, YOU need to wake up from your slumber.

Eko Atlantic is REAL and WILL challenge Dubai.

It will be Nigeria's answer to Dubai.

Which Dubai is eko Atlantic challenging? How many buildings are there that it will now challenge Dubai?

Wow....Where the hell did that come from?

I had no idea we were building a 600 million dollar steel plant anywhere in the country.

That's nearly a billion dollars.

One day we'll just wake up and find this country has turned to Japan at this rate.

Dangote is already building the world's biggest refinery in Lagos.

Near the site, Eko Atlantic rises slowly to challenge Dubai's glory.

We are moving forward.
Japan is not a village o.

Am excited about this news... At least something positive and huge is happening now. If it's was government business they would have claimed it's worth 2 billion dollars. And bro $600m is not nearly a billion dollars, Far from it

Same thing that happened to your refineries, schools, ministries and governmental agencies.

As far as Nigerians are concerned it is for everybody and for nobody.

We can all get rich off it.

Come in and leave anytime we like.

Cut corners and cut deals owning 15 empty houses in Abuja as we do so.

So sad to say this but we don't need to look for the bigwig politicians before we find those who're spoiling the country. Do you understand the term "government worker". If you do, then you probably have a peep into the source of the country's rot.

If Nigeria is serious about industrial development, this is not what we should be hearing now. In the past, a lot was said on the steel subsector with little results. One hopes this time around there will be real structural and resultant changes.

I also saw victoria and banana islands pictures, mehn, henceforth nobody should compare Ghana with Nigeria again oh.Sincerely Lagos alone is miles ahead of the whole Ghana. Talking from infrastructural development point of view.

I love your patriotism Rossikk and I know it is completely free of party political or tribal affiliation.

I know this because I remember you being just as patriotic and positive about the country whilst President GEJ was in charge.

Whilst reading your post I asked myself, who is this person being so positive and optimistic? I had a little smile to myself when I saw your moniker. Whilst I don't always agree with you or your methods, I completely respect and appreciate your views for reasons I mentioned earlier.

On the subject matter, I was not even aware that we are already producing any steel in the country, talk less of 1.2 million tons per annum.

We need more patriots like Rossikk to help us realise or remember that we are greater than we are generally led to believe by our corrupted local media and international news agencies.

Merry Xmas to you bro and to all Nigerians !

I always tell people that ajaokuta steel is in that state since 1967 simply because it's not in core north.

Rossikk,

I love to share your exuberance about Nigeria and do hope most of us are like you. You have contributed so much in that regard.

Unfortunately, Nigeria is almost but not yet a dead horse. It will take people like you in the right places of influence and power to effect a change.

There is too much hatred in the land. But please do let distracted entities derail your enthusiasm for our Country.

Ajaokuta was killed by mismanagement and corruption. It has nothing to do with the location. Peugeot was in Kaduna what happened to it?
