The only thing Carlcare offers is the warranty. That aside, most Roadside phone repairers are actually better at what they do than technicians who works at Carlcare.

Fun fact - Carlcare pays its employees only a paltry sum, and as such, they are only able to keep less skilled workers. The more skilled and savvy ones would prefer to establish his own personal shop in a bid to earn more.

Carlcare offers outrageous billings for any little fault with something which in actual fact shouldn't cost up to 50% of that.

Now for something as little as a change of battery, why bother taking it to Carlcare where you'll need to spend extravagantly and even get your phone worked on by less shrewd repairers who's only in a hurry to meet his job quota for the day?

Patronize any reputable roadside phone repairer around you. That way, you get your phone fixed frugally, immediately and at the spot.
