I agree. It's been a while since I've checked that FAQ sef. Maybe I got a little too confident. I've asked an SCC to check it sha, just to be sure. Thank you.
Sorry about that, we learn on the job every day.

British calls on the queue for those who have the patience and ears.
Me, I'm off to dreamland. Maybe I'll dream that I finally got over that dreaded accent.

Obviously, your phone apps setting or laptop is responsible. Its a thing that you do and you don't really have to worry about data consumption.

The first 10 pages should be enough to get you started.
Thank you.

The boss of domaining wants to venture into transcription..
U are highly welcome sir.

One tin u should know tho is dat ur first calls may be discouraging rating wise but u should just follow their rules and FAQ, and also go through their sample transcripts then the ratings would definitely improve..
Thank you sir. I've been a bit reluctant to start. Don't know how demanding this will be in terms of effort, time and cash investment.
And please what is the ROI like?

PS. Can I spend just 4hrs max on this daily?

I'm on this call, FC rep called one Walter agency and it was a rep from this Walter agency that picked the call, which was later transferred to another rep in that same agency before it was then transferred to the actual customer, who happens to be the owner of the agency in question. Do I label all the speakers from the agency as customers? Or do I have to label the reps from the agency as Reps and then the owner as the customer?
Three Reps, one Customer.

I need help.
I'm experiencing difficulty in accessing my PayPal account.
My password is okay.
They said that they suspect some unusual activities on my account and they are helping me in securing my account.
All they are saying is I'm not the one trying to access my account.
Help!
