Hello everyone am ibrahim hamisu salisu from katsina state , i wish to apply again for the 72 rc after 2 failed attempts.
But i will like to know what my chances are with my age where its say in the requirements that someone must not be more than 21 by 22 of the month of august meanwhile i will be 21 on august 20 thereby making me 2 days late.
