I will only touch this simply because you are not bloviating like some others do.

When a team wins a league with 100 and 98pts it is because of lack of competition. But if Klopp has the same number of points Pep did at this same time in 17/18 it is because he made "significant investments".

If Klopp invests 490M it is significant investment with " Coutinho money". If Pep invests 500M they will quote the value of his team (1B) and repeat it like that is how much he spent.
