I have seen

Animal Kingdom(This show is tha bomb (looks a bit like Banshee with the heist and sex scenes). Love the story line

Fargo- Its just crazy, very good watch.

Godfather of Harlem- Unbelievable acting by all actors on that show.

Sneaky Pete- Funny, emotional, lovely.

Yellowstone- This show is freaking underrated, there is this rawness(a good thing) about everything in this show. The politics, the backstabbing, the fightings and that crazy daughter of the owner of the ranch.

Will watch the trailer of the rest and see if I can get other series to watch here.

well the only reason I can attribute to the difference in the game and books is that the author of the books was consulted when they wanted to start designing the game but he told em he wanted no part in it, that a game like that might flop and not become successful, his loss tho cos the game was a huge success.

and about the show, they cant adapt a game, that would be so stupid when solid original material i.e the books dh ground, but Netflix hired the makers of the game for graphics and Vfx works

the game and the books are different, I've read the eight books and in all the books, geralt hates beards, even if a stubble appears on his chin, he shaves it off immediately and he has no scar on his face although he has scars on his body which is normal for a monster hunter, I've never played the games but I make it my bizness to know everything about d witcher world cos I really love it, I have friends who love d game and shii but d game and books are different.



The towns and cities are the same, even the monsters are d same in the books too but in the games, there are witch hunters which do not exist in the books, TBH I had low expectations for the show cos we all wanted Zach McGowan to play geralt but seeing Henry cavill play it really blew my mind, and for those who do not understand the series, yennefer storyline deals with the past, no sometimes the present, geralt story is in the present while ciri story is in the future, the showrunners are trying to merge the stories so it'll all make sense in the end

the games were inspired by the witcher novels but loosely adapted in the sense that the games created their own stories, but retained some of the main characters, towns and kingdoms that were in the books. basically the games were sequels to the books.

events in the books/show predates events in the games.

Character development for the witches poor sha except for Yennifer. Those two girls sacrificing their lives just to make a useless fireball was cliche.

No not contradicting. I'm stating my opinion based on numerous reviews I've seen online about the show. And mainly based on comments from the showrunner. Trying to merge The Game and The Books together in the show and the likelihood of trying to replace GoT.
