Exactly. Same shiit happened to Poch. His trusted hands are getting old or are less passionate about the game under him.

Look at Arsene. Built one formidable team and has since then been struggling. Arsene tried. He had the tactic to be a perennial challenger but just couldn’t make it. His weakness is the weak mentality of his players. Failed to address it and it doomed him.
