Ndigbo didn't send one supreme leader to fight for Biafra on our behalf. The coming of MASSOB and IPOB derailed us politically in Nigeria. Obasanjo helped form MASSOB to derail us politically. And our naive Igbo politicians allow it fester. The both demonic groups was funded by outsider's to cut Ndigbo to size, brain wash our youths and feed them to military bullets.
We wanted a better deal in Nigeria and the idea of Biafra was buried in 1970. Zik and Ekwueme led the way politically in 1979 and Ojukwu in 2003. We gained much when democracy returned in 1999 until the distractions and timidity of Igbo politicians in the federal that made them lose out to the minorities with the help of Obasanjo. GEJ's emergence was to cut us to size and it worked perfectly after the fall of Governor Peter Odili, Chamaroke Nnamani, Orji Kalu, Okadigbo and Ekwueme. All thanks to Obasanjo life President bid.
The greatest undoing of Ndigbo was allowing outsiders destroy our greatest political minds. There was no unity of purpose that was why we messed up when we should have come together to get what belongs to us in the federal. Today we have illiterates foisting their Nazi styled Biafra on our throats.
The earlier Ndigbo wakes up and dump IPOB where it belongs and foster a path through the SE Governors forum, linking up with the likes of Okowa, Wike, Amaechi and Imoke in the SS, forging an impregnable Igbo front the better for our future.

Yet, you want to drag Igbos into a useless journey?
Sometimes when I envision the direction Ndigbo is heading I weep. It's like we don't control our destiny and we are played like a chess by outsiders, especially since the end of the civil war. The 1979-1982 civilian era was the right period to regain our emancipation but enemies of Ndigbo stucked through a coup. The north didn't orchestrate that coup because it wasn't to their interest. Those who financed that coup, financed the same coup in 1966. Ever since that time, we haven't risen up.
The anger many political conscious Igbo's had with Ekwueme was that in 1999 when he should have rallied Ndigbo he sold his soul to Obasanjo. Had he decamped to the ANPP and stand with Buhari and the north, we would have gotten back to our feet. Instead he remained with the PDP - a party that has uphold itself never to elevate us to the highest position of Presidency. Ojukwu and Okadigbo saw the light in 2003 each flying under the APC and APGA but many of our own people in the PDP still fought against them. Those who sided the opponents against our interest paid dearly for it. Nwobodo, Kalu, Odili, Nnamani etc
Ndigbo needs to re-invent herself politically. 2023 is a litmus test. The earlier our people come together, unite and fight for our collective interest the better for us. The SE Governors must lead the way in this aspect.

WE ALL KNOW DAT, THAT IS Y ENUGU IS MOST PREFERABLE STATE TO BE DIVIDED WHEN THAT TIME COMES.

I.E. NSUKKA STATE OR ADADA STATE.

HOWEVER, WITH THAT SAID, ANAMBRA CAN STILL BE DIVIDED IN FUTURE, IF ORLU AND IHIALA DECIDE TO MERGE AND CREATE NJABA STATE.

THAT IS OKIJA GONE FROM ANAMBRA, BUT THEY HAVE NOT INDICATED SUCH INTEREST YET.

A state between Anambra and Imo states must be created first, before any body can create a new state from Enugu state. Because Enugu gave out the greatest portion to form Ebonyi state as the fifth state in the Southeast.

Therefore, any sixth state in the southeast must come between Imo and Anambra states. It's proposed as Anim or Njaba state to be formed by the 12 local govt areas of Orlu senatorial zone with some local govt areas in Anambra south senatorial zone.

Perhaps Adada as seventh state, not sixth state in the southeast, because fifth state in the southeast, Ebonyi, was carved from mainly Enugu state which contributed Abakaliki as capital of Ebonyi state.

OPC got the Yoruba's the Presidency in 1999. They rallied their people into fighting for June 12 which culminated in mass turnout to vote in a Yoruba President.
MASSOB and IPOB on the other hand disenfranchises our people to vote. Since their emergence in year 2000 it has weakened the Igbo voting strenght, it has weakened our political fort in the Presidential elections. We use to be a force to be reckoned with until the coming of these grouops, with their useless sit at home orders and political apathy which benefits only our opponents. Now you see the difference between the OPC and IPOB. One is progressive the other is retrogressive.

Anambra is too small to be balkanized further.....

We should be looking at states with enough land mass to increase our spread..... Moreover I know why you insisting on Njaba but consideration should be be placed to Adada..first.

Orashi state was the idea of Arthur Nzeribe. The idea was to carve out some LGA's from our part of Rivers and join with the 12 LGA of Imo West to create a state. I don't know why Gov. Udenwa rejected the idea and reverted to merging with some LGA of Anambra South to form Njaba state. Methink, it was the idea of Governor Mbadinuju to parly with Orlu zone to form a state out of Imo and Anambra. Had Nzeribe and Udenwa worked together Orashi state with capital in Oguta would have done seen the light of the day in 2001. Many of us in Onelga and Ahoada LGA would have reunited with the SE.
Adada state arose out of the failure of Njaba or Orashi state to be created. In terms of population, landmass and economic indices Njaba/Anim/Orashi state dwarfs Adada. Adada state agitators have nothing on Njaba/Orashi state, both are far apart in every aspect.

That entity called SE/SS is the biggest scam ever known to man. How many times will they tell you people that there is no difference between SS tribes and other tribes in Nigeria? Stop this naivety please. There may be Igbos (who deny their identity at will even) but nothing brings Nigeria into unity than Igbo hatred .
You even said SS will be reluctant initially? Why are you going into partnership with someone who doesn't trust you ? That means Igbos will be forced to keep convincing them or petting them into maintaining ties. Doesn't that reek of slavery to you ? It's not that they don't trust you see, they simply hate you.

Everything we need to do should be limited to Igboland please. We can do it. Yes we can

This message is the bitter truth Ndiigbo must swallow.
It's bitter, but it will heal us and make us whole again.
Running away from it will only lead us to more harm.

Funny thing is that in the end, Ndiigbo will have to come to this realization, because we have no other option if we intend to make progress.
I'm only livid that Ipob and their ilks are wasting our time with their ostrich play.

In that case, you cannot force them.

If need be, yes!
Access to sea is a challenge, not the sole determinant of what makes a nation successful or a failure. Somali is a failed country yet has the longest coastline in Africa. Rwanda is landlocked and a progressive country.

You lots should stop this your medieval mentality.
Nations exist to solve and overcome their challenges. If sea access is the only major natural challenge Igbo nation will have, then we have no reason not to surmount it and became successful. Japan sits on an earthquake zone and suffers millions of losses to earthquakes on yearly basis, yet they persevere.

Was it IPOB that gave Ndigbo Senate President and other ministerial positions in Obasanjo's government? Deputy Speaker to Opara of Ikwerre, CBN Governor to Soludo from Anambra.

Was it IPOB that appointed the first Igbo Minister of Defence in Ironsi's son under Yardaua, Chief of Air staff in Paul Dike from Ukwuani, Chief of Naval staff in Dele Ezeoba from Anioma, Inspector General of Police from Enugu, Immigration head in Comptroller Uzoma from Imo, Custom head in Nwadialor even though he spent 6 months and chief of Army staff Ihejirika from Abia? Even if it only the south east that leaves, we still have access to international waters and can build a massive port in Obuaku, Abia state.

The channel to the Atlantic from the southern tip of Abia state is less then 30 nautical miles. It’s actually closer to the sea than port harcourt.

International laws is on our side so we can freely access the sea through the river channel.

Ndigbo must begin to sit up politically and fight for what is ours. Some people understands our emotional attachment to Biafra and they use that to get at us. We must begin to use our head and not our hearts.
IPOB intends to destroy everything about us, our leaders, our religious leaders and all those who stands in their way. There is nothing like supreme leader in Igbo culture.
