You don't want them to budget billions for diesel?

If they use a gas turbine, they won't be able to justify paying to power it and so cannot over-inflate as much.

Those generators are very easy to convert from diesel to gas.
The reason they have it on diesel now is that the gas is not ready yet. Once the gas is ready they will make the switch.

If they give wike chance he will claim ohaji as part of Rivers boundary because of oil and gas.
