before you can get a permanent resident card permit in any European countries you must have resided legally in that country for a period of 5years and you but have a knowledge of the language,because you have to take an exam text in their language

first get to Austria then every other things will follow, you need to be in Europe first before permit because u can only get permit when u are here,it must start from one year and above no EU countries can u you a permanent resident permit just arrived

Are u already there? if yes,please fill me in on how to get there conveniently without hassles,truth is,i want to go there go hustle for a short while then later enrol in a school to further my studies.There is no enabling environment for the youths in 9ja,if u wan do legit hussle to get money for 9ja,u go tanda for years oo,yet u no go get headway.

My reference is to the German Language preparatory course. Austria is really worth it. It is a system that works. However, they are overly strict with their visa program. If you are coming for M.Sc fine. But if the German program is not part of a postgraduate program, the chance of getting a visa for that alone is extremely low. You can actually learn your German once you get there. It is a plus if you know German before coming but it is not mandatory.
