Contract staff are technically not staff of the banks.

It has become a regular practice since 2012. I did at First Bank in 2014. And yes, we got to see some of the people in the VIP cells, from afar.

Well,I heard too....I heard from a banker. I wouldn't know if it's true or not that's why I restrained from naming the bank. But I saw an article of a bank in China taking their staff to a Chinese prison .......I guses it's for the same reason,to curb theft and fraud from their staff
