Something like this

I got the regret mail as well, and I didn't write the test. The contents of the regret mail is quite different from this one in the screenshot.

Congrats to those who made it.

Since no one has claimed to have received a success mail so far, it is reasonable to assume that they are yet to send a successful mails..

No success mail. No regret mail.anyone with me?

If you wrote the online test and offline test and didn't get a regret mail today, your chances of being shortlisted for the next stage are very high.

I have a friend who received this regret mail also, but didnt even write the test, no mail from them since she applied then..are we sure this regrets mail is meant for us?

Two categories of people got regret mails today:

Those that never got shortlisted for the online or offline test

And those that failed the offline test.

Read the mails that dropped in today, they're different. One talks about not meeting minimum requirements for shortlisting.

The other is not meeting the minimum qualifying score.

drop this mentality, when you don't succeed, look for reasons why and learn to be a better person in life. yes, there will always be a quota for their people but always remember that the best hands will always get the best jobs.

please those that got success mails, we are waiting for you. which materials did you use to prepare and share with use some success tips that helped you? please don't come here and yarn us "na God". God likes all of us.

Doubt anyone has gotten any success mails. Instead of success mails, it'll be mails scheduling them for the next stage.

Speaking about tips on passing the test, I tried to mention a few from experiences of some of my clients;

You have to be proficient in GMATH. Don't go looking for Sterling bank questions, instead look for GMATH guide booklet. Then practice, practice and practice

You have to learn to be fast

Passing workforce tests in the first sitting is usually not so easy. Some of those that make it to the next stage of most of their recruitments have written their tests before, failed and learnt a lot from it.

I tried to contribute what I could to help those need some little advice before that day.

On a normal day, these test conditions are unfair (50 questions/ 50 minutes) but it's one of the ways of reducing the amount of candiates to a managable number for the next stage. Unemployment rate in the country is high and the applicants for Sterling bank were quite huge in number. So workforce do what they know best; use series of tests and assessments to get the right candidates for their clients.

If you got a regret mail, chin up and look forward to newer openings popping up this coming year; more banks (and firms) will start calling for graduate trainee program applications from January, take advantage of them. Some of them would use dragnet, hcp or workforce for the recruitment. They all use GMATH for their tests; practice and also learn how to manage your time. Once you pass the Aptitude test stage(s), then restrategize for other crafty stages like assessment center to make it to the offer letter stage.

It's not easy but keep pushing

Google it. Check pdfdrive.com

But I think with Workforce, get Workforce questions. GMAT is quite different from Workforce questions.

Workforce has no questions. At least to my understanding. So I feel GMAT (for quantitative, critical reasoning) and shl style questions (for graph, true/false related questions) will be sufficient to pass the test..he can also try assessment day website and practice assumption made related questions (very helpful)

Lol. I have Workforce questions though. About 6, and they're the normal 50 questions/ 50 minutes. And they've been helpful.

The individual can go get GMAT though.

Check the earlier post I made on this thread before the test day. I posted a link to my drive containing the most recent GMATH guide and another link to a another one.

Note that GMATH don't include abstract reasoning questions so it's advisable you Google them separately and download (my best option is saville abstract reasoning practice questions). Or go on YouTube and watch loads of videos to see how the instructors get those answers.

Try to also follow other folks contributions here as you don't know which might help tomorrow

I'm not sure we are going to hear anything from them this year, at least not during the festive period. Consider December 25 to January 1 as a period of dormancy... Most companies are stopping operations for the year already. Everything resumes after New year celebrations, i.e, after January 1st next year.

Lol. I ll advice you put your attention and time on something else at the mean time while you wait. Bank recruitment process takes months upon months.

The least is 3/4months after going through series of test and interviews.

Anyways, all the best, and success to us all.
