I’ll be coming home late today cause of dirty December, since I don’t like eating out and I want to be filled up in spirit and in physique, I decided to prepare my (wheat, guineacorn, plantain flower mixed with the shaft (date, tigernut, coconut, ginger, garlic, onion, turmeric, bitter kola) I added some honey when I was turning it to make it glossy

Fruits for the rest of the day, Until night when I’m back home

How did you use the bitter Kola?

Good morning, sorry for replying late, I used bitter kola shaft which I got from blending date, tigernut, coconut, ginger, garlic, onion, turmeric and butter kola, instead of throwing away the shaft, I mixed it with my (wheat, Guinea corn and plantain flower)
