B2mario:Wow! I've always known this would be the make up of Njaba/Anim/Orashi state. Any name chosen among these ones at the end is okay by us, so long my people are reunited with the south east. This would be my last wish on earth for my children. Almost in tears now. Ndigbo should please support this state. My people need to be free from the prison called Rivers state. We've been marginalized for years simply because we didn't drop the Igbo tag. We belong in the south east and we're unapologetic about it. May God bless Senator Arthur Nzeribe for drawing this map if really. Please for the sake of us Egbema Rivers, this state should see the light as the 6th SE state. Ohaneze and the South East Governors forum should make this a priority, even if supporting Buhari for third term, I care less. 2 Likes |

XANDERBOY85:What is my business with Ndoni? I don't care about them, it's us stucked here. Egbema was never part of the original Rivers, we were removed by Mamman Kontagora and added there in the 1970's. We've always been a part of Imo state before the boundary adjustment because of our oil fields. The case was even dragged to court by our Nzeobi. So please say what you know. 1 Like |

Again Ndoni has benefitted a lot from Rivers state and are tied with the Ogba people in identity crisis. Only us in Onelga are pro-Igbo, others are happy with their new ethnicity. So please, we're not tied in one destiny with them. 1 Like |

@ beachlife The reason why your presence here is viewed with suspicion is that throughout the history of this thread, there have been so many non igbo people constantly pretending to be igbos who have beeen trying very hard to disrupt this thread. This has been happening since last year and the Nairaland mods don’t do anything. In fact the Nairaland mods enjoy it because they are non igbos and don’t like igbos. There is a particular character that has multiple accounts that has been disturbing the peace on this thread for years. If everyone seems unwelcoming to you, that is the reason. 6 Likes 1 Share |

horsepower101: You don't know what you saying. As far back as my days in University if a boy of 16 yrs with Igbo name can deny he is not Igbo Infront of all standing then the denial is strong. Someone a friend asked me to harbour back then since he is new so as to settle properly. First met him and glanced through his sleep saw a name like Odozi and I said you igbo? Where you from... Next boom........Nooooooo I am not Igbo...I be...this I be that. Even the camera man one old man like that shock even tried to explain...anyway cut it off Not only him but it is general. With such age bracket then denying it today is a total wash off. Thatss your grandma not today again. |

I am always strictly against using olden days phenomenon to substantiate recent accounts. Things doesn't work that way for christ sake. These guys has undergone total rehabilitation and today the story is a little bit different. |

horsepower101:Ndoni are in between in identity crisis, like 50/50. I can tell you this, because they are my neighbours. They claim Igbo when in the midst of other Igbo's, and Ndoni ethnic nation when the occasion is favourable. However, they're not poised to join the south east because they've ruled before as Governor. They may be if the occasion presents itself, but I can say for now. But we on the other hand, have always protested our removal from our Igbo brothers. Imo state is where our soul is, not Rivers and it's anti-Igbo sentiments. 1 Like |

This is going to be short and direct. To those salivating over the partitioning of Anambra, you are dead on arrival because not an inch of Anambra will be ceded to any stupidd Njaba , Anim nor Orashi whatever. Firstly, your problems in Nigeria did not correlate with your number of state Igbo has , henceforth your proposals has no rational force. Today ,you want Biafra with mentally sick Nnamdi Kanu as your leader, tomorrow you want to be President as if that will solve all your problems next you want to chop Anambra in little pieces to reduce the magnitude of our influence and clout....you are dead on arrival and you better create this stupidd state before I come to political limelight. One of my many goals is to change the Anambra name to the original Omanbala and revisit our ancient culture, find elements of it that I will use to build a single Omanbala structure that will forever bind all Omanbala towns together. And , now, you want Ekwusigo , Nnewi south , Ihiala and Orumba....my prayer on anyone wishing disintegration of Anambra is mental illness!! Go to your miserable state , fix it and leave Anambra the ffucck alone!! State creation is not solution to the underdevelopment and impoverishment of Ana Igbo. I am ffucking pissed right now.....onye obuna welu nwayo kwanyelu onyie ugwu! 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Eastlink: Thank you for the information. I will discuss this issue with my grandmother when I see her again in 2020. It’s a sad situation being in identity crisis. I know that one day, those who denied being igbo when the situation wasn’t so favorable will eventually start claiming igbo after we become very developed and successful. My advice to those people is if you reject being igbo today, then reject it forever. Don’t come decades from now and start claiming igbo. That’s why I strongly believe that Igbos should pour all their energy and resources to develop Igboland. I can assure you that the prodigals will look back one day and regretting. 2 Likes |

Cc. Pazienza, you and I have different goal. I don't mince words and I know the Igbo agenda you are pushing will never come to fruition. I am a thoroughbred realist and I will stick to what I know will work for my dear fatherland/Omanbala. This you see how you have stooped so low and condemned the Omanbala name just because it threatens your ideology but you conveniently accepted the fake anglicized version....smh. Very disgraceful. You are ready to sell your fatherland for ten kobo just to achieve your aim....May I also point out I never see you contribute jack in the Anambra thread yet you are from Ogidi...lmao. Your origin is questionable! |

Personally I agree with the troll a little bit. Let’s not further divide the south east. Instead, let’s push for Anioma state. 1 Like |

horsepower101:Anioma state are not ready yet. Let the SE support Njaba/Anim state. Anioma people should sort their identity crisis first, else you help create a monster that is no different from Rivers state. Igbo identity is sacrosanct. Any Igboid group that wants the SE support must agree to add it to the SE as a 7th state. You don't empower the SS with another state no matter the pretence. 4 Likes |

LLobiorah: Why? |
Re: . by Eastlink(m): 3:07pm On Dec 31, 2019 |
OMANBALA1:Omanbala culture is a figment of your imagination. Rather than kill the idea of an Njaba/Anim state you should rally the 4 LGA that makes up your area and rally the Ibaji, Igalamela/Odolu to form an 8th SE state. There you can promote your Omanbala culture with your kins in Kogi. I bet you, it t will be easier for the SE to accede to such demands than allow Anambra be messed up by your kinds. 3 Likes |
