My mum's elder brother( same mum but different dads ) is a USA citizen. Can he file family immigrant visa for me? Or must it be immediate family? I think he has enough funds to proof support .

What is the average processing time for this visa?

My grandma died a USA PR. My grandma also has a younger bros in USA who is a citizen and is richer than mums bro. Can he file for me?
I need to escape this country by any legal means. I don't have funds to escape via studies so I am on the look out for other means.

I need to know if any of them can file for me so that I can know how to direct my prayer for 2020.

Bro, your uncle can't file for you, I'm sorry. The only way is for him to adopt you legally which means your mom and dad have to give you away(just on paper though). Then you'll be his son or legal guardian.

My grandma travelled with us and we requested for a wheel chair assistance which made us all go through the fast track ,we almost missed our connecting flight.we had plenty luggage and had to pay for 2 extra bags.
we went to the social security office today to apply for our number but was told to wait for 2 weeks, cos most times they send the number to the house and if they process one it becomes double and if we dont get it after 2 WEEKS we can come back.
The weather here isnt too cold.

He can file for your Mum but that's gonna take like 12-13years for them to approve it.

The application got approved last year and we both moved to the US with our families. You'll have a problem moving with family only if that restriction is stated in your visa category but sibling application is F4 and the principal applicant can relocate with wife and kids below 18.

The thing is that she didn't go to the interview with her family because she was afraid they might ask why she didn't inform them earlier, now she's looking for a way to bring them. Please did you inform the embassy about your marriage status and did your family attend the interview with you.
