Hi guys.
I got an ADR this morning to fill the Schedule A form. I got the same ADR in October. I filled it back then and sent it. This time around, IRCC is claiming I have gaps in the form and they mentioned three time periods. The first two I can easily explain but the third one is from when I graduated from Uni till this year. I've been working and all since that time and I accounted for this time period in my application and the first Schedule A form.
I want to fill the form and attach an LOE explaining the time periods. Do you guys think its sufficient?
Thanks

Hello house, someone should please help me with the difference between this two questions.
1. In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?
2. In the last ten years, how many total years of foreign skilled work experience do you have?

P.S: My fiance is about to start her profiling for the express entry and she's worked for an equivalent of 12 months but there was a break in between 8 month and the remaining 4, does that affect the one year continuous work experience requirement?

For the 1st question it's none. They're asking how many years of work experience you have in Canada.
For question 2 she can put 1 year(this is the work experience you've gained in your country or any country outside Canada), but the issue is her one year of work isn't continuous. You must have one year of continuous work. Any other work experience one has can be broken up. This will be the issue

thank you for the swift response, I'd love to know what can be done in the case of the breakage in between the work experience

She has to work one full, continuous year before she can apply. That's the requirement. If she's currently employed, you must count from when she started this job till she gets to 1 year. There can be no breaks this time

Don't search for bank related experience, rather check for electrical maintenance and installation category. I'm sure you'll get something
I saw skills related to my field, like electrical installation and maintenance but it has been on partime basis considering the nature of my job in the Bank...can i still be eligible to apply? Or does work experience mean general work experience or those that has to do with your field?,thanks in anticipation.

I actually meant you should search for noc code that relates to your role in the bank as an engineer. Not all bankers count money. Same way an electrical engineer can work in the maintenance unit of a hospital. Just let your work reference reflect the noc role

Little analysis and practice for IELTS writing

There has been 25 express entry draws in 2019 inviting 85,400 potential immigrants (and their families) to apply for permanent residency through the Federal skilled trades-FST and federal skilled worker programs-FSW (how does canadian experience class work?).

FSW accounted for 84,400 invitations in 23 draws ranging from 3900 to 3200 invitations issued in roughly bi-monthly draws. Number of invitations started with 3900 in the first 2 draws then we got 10 draws of 3350 invitations followed by 6 draws of 3600 invitations before returning to 3900 for another two draws. The year ended with 2 draws of 3600 invitations before the last 2 draws of 3200 invitations.

The minimum CRS points for the FSW draws showed a topsy-turvy pattern all through the year. Starting at 449 it dipped to 438 over the next 2 draws before rising haphazardly to a high of 470 for the first half of the year in May. This was followed by gradual drop in minimum CRS points over the next 4 draws to 459, then it continued to rise again haphazardly to a all year high of 475 at the end of october. The remaining 4 draws for the year had minimim points hovering around 470 with the last draw having a 469 as the minimum CRS points to get an Invitation to Apply.

Two FST draws were held duringthe year, the first in May and the second in October with minimum CRS points of 332 and 357 respectively with 500 Invitations issued in each draw.

This year, the IRCC had a target of 81,400 immigrants, if a significant number of those invited to apply are succesful then they might exceed this number after taking their families into account. If this is the case, in the coming year we should not be expecting higher number of invitations or draws as the IRCC has set a target of 85,800 immigrants. There will be more Canadian university graduates, more higher degree holders, better IELTS scores, and more siblings in Canada. It goes without saying that we should make hay while the aun shines.

IELTS writing experts should mark please, even though I didn't intend it as an IELTS task.

while your point is noted, it is also interesting to know that people have different levels and understanding and learning abilities so despite these materials, they still need some form of assistance or encouragement or tutorials. You were privileged to join a whatsapp group yeah, I wasnt. i asked a number of times without response. So you are smart, we are smart but some of us need more support.
A CLB 10 for a first time writer is amazing, but how many people have written more than 2 times and are still struggling? Not everybody wants to be spoon fed, some just need help genuinely. So research, study and ask for help where you need to.

Peace bro, all the best in our journey.
