Is this an increase or decrease from previous years considering the poor economy?

How? 250k for a block of three bed in ashi. We'll see how it goes though because the person who connected me wants a 2 million cut all of a sudden.

Nothing is conflicting here. It is obvious "material things" in this context are liabilities like cars, expensive cloth and jewelries etc usually associated with "wife of a rich man". She prefers investment (which also include building of houses) to those things.

Is their anything bad in being "materialistic", I know I am, if I wasn't I wouldn't be here everyday looking at avenues to invest and expand my wealth.

No one mentioned it is good or bad to be materialistic. I quoted you because you opined that she was contradicting herself by saying she doesn't like material things and at the same time claimed her husband built houses.

That is the Merriam Webster's dictionary definition of the word materialistic. Clothes, cars, houses, trucks,Tbills they all count as material possessions, but then I might be very wrong.

I also observed that trading is more profitable ....selling cement or fmgc in Nigeria can rake in 80 percent anum...example a truck load of cement is delivered at 2200 per bag sold for 2400 .gross profit of 200 x900 bags (180 k) the capital is 2200x900=2m .....a good location can move 900 bags weekly....

From what I get transport from ogharra to asaba is #3. Pef or aquilla is when u cross regional lines. The way I understand it and it's for transporters.

u are not participating fully....u have to do bridging to make money the 3 naira..margin is not the bussiness that chop money (runing cost )...the bridging way bill is the deal....abuja 13.25 x45000

Wow House at 220k per annum, i pay over N300k per month where i live.

Is there really secure houses at N220k per year with constant electricity like you mentioned.

Yes. It'll shock you to know ahmadiya is like no 1 in Lagos with constant power supply.

I can tell you boastfully that I live around abiok where power is like 15-18hrs daily. My gen hasn't been put on like a very long time except now that there's no light. Pretty sure it'll be back soon.
