Francophone countries changed their currency CFA to Eco without ratification and approval by all ECOWAS member nation.

Nigeria which is responsible for more than 60% of the trade in West Africa was not carried along. Togo is the only nation that has satisfied the requirements for the common currency.

France want to takeover Eco, through the back door and Nigeria will not be a party to this.

You need to build a house people in the environment can afford. A room and parlour self contained is a hot cake in that environment, but a 3 bedroom apartment or duplex won't fly
