As a matter of fact, deji adeleke is one of the main financier of Babcock University and also has a hostel in his name. He is a strong adventist and decided to adopt same in his University (the university is more of charity as most students there are not paying fees). It is his school and decides what is in the handbook and what way of life student should adhere to while in his school. If you cannot follow the rules, you leave. After all, you were not kidnapped to the school. No sentiment in this. Also, you need to brush up because your arguments are baseless. Its all sentiments, no reasoning. If you need info on the school, go to Ede and stop all this website yarns.

I schooled in babcock (graduated 05) and none of my muslim classmates or friends missed chapel except you are out of school. It did not stop them from being muslim. Its just 4yrs or you go to like UI or Lag and spend forever there because of chapel.. i repeat, we like lawlessness

This is not a matter of being sentimental, it’s plain ridiculous that it was not mentioned on their school website that Adeleke university is a Christian school.

Remember the website most times if the first point of contact for students, maybe I’m using the USA Uni as my own line of reasoning tho.

I read the core value & mission and vision on their website and even tried exploring further but they projected the school like a secular school.

If the university were Islamic and a xtian student was suspended for not attending prayers in the mosque this would have been sensationalized, with low lives crawling out of their caves and spewing trash on Islam. However, because this does not align with their warped and jaundiced opinions on Islam, they have taken tactical sabbatical leave on Nairaland.
