BetterPerson007: Sadly, Fitter has moved to special condition on SA list. So you need a minimum of 95 points to get 491 ITA. Did you just get your assessment result? You options include: NSW 190 - with your total point of 65 for 190 visa, it won't get you ITA. NSW 491 - you need a minimum of 5 years experience NT 491 - minimum of IELTS 6 in each band QLD 491 - available too TAS 491 - at least 3 years experience. Create EOIs for the ones you meet their requirements and check their respective websites for the nomination process. 4 Likes 1 Share |

mydas4ever: Which years did you obtain the Botany degree and qualify for the ACCA? Cos that's the year Vetassess will make their deductions from. Currently no state is nominating the occupation but it should be open soon. |

If you have a Masters in Psychology, you will be able to nominate psychologist. To get a positive assessment, you must have done minimum of six years study in Psychology which is equivalent to a Masters. Please note that this requirement is the same for those that studied in Australia. The psychology board has simplified the migration process for psychologist now. You don't have to be registered as a psychologist unlike before but you must have studied for minimum of six years. |

u3fine: Associate degree. Qualification assessment is mostly VETASSES problem. Some other assessing bodies positively assess degree from state universities. Since VETASSES is responsible for Botany, it will likely be an associate degree. 1 Like |

dedibuu: You must have at least one year experience for a positive assessment. You can't nominate biochemist without any experience in the field. 1 Like 1 Share |

mydas4ever: You cannot assign points to yourself without an assessment. You are only sure of your points after assessment. Which organisation is your internal auditor experience? VETASSES is very strict with the occupation. Your packaging must be top notch to pull through with internal auditor. What is your spouse's occupation and qualification? |

I work with an insurance company and i really need guidance. IELTS has already been done for my spouse and I and it is above 7 on each of test areas. Spouse degree is Economics and she work as a sales/ marketing staff in a bank. |

tunlex01: Botany was in 2008 ACCA was concluded in 2017 Audit work experience was from 2013 till date Please advise on my best options. |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 11:00am On Jan 03, 2020 |
mydas4ever: Oh... Botany is entirely not related. If possible, submit transcripts of both degrees. There is a high possibility that you will get less than 2 years experience approved for you based on the Accca qualification date. I'll also advise you go through the information sheet for Internal Auditor on Vetassess website. Best of luck |
