Putin007: The US doesn't see these wars as a loss. Because of the death of the following, Osama Bin Laden, Muammar Ghaddafi, Saddam Hussein and recently the death of Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi of Isis. And Vietnam was a loss because they rushed into it without understanding the terrain and underestimating the resilience of the Vietcong and NVA. A mistake they sure won't make again. Also note that that was their first real intro to Jungle Guerrila warfare. Let's not also forget about the interference of the then Soviet Union who supplied arms and ammo to the VC and NVA 2 Likes |

Putin007: We are saying the same thing. I am not in contention with you on the subject of third party interference in conflict . Oga, google will not say wether the USA won any war since WW2. Winning or loosing a war is subjective. Its based on how the Americans see the wars they've been involved in. The only loss they'll generally agree that they took was the Vietnam war (and maybe the Korean war of the 50s) because they failed to kill or capture the leaders of the communist forces involved 2 Likes |

Those of you that are saying negative stuff to those cadets that blocked the road should try and understand something before you pass judgement... It has always been a tradition for nms boys that get into NDA..and they've been doing it for more than 10 years now ...I have several videos of it..I even have one Currently that the NDA cadets were joined by NPA cadets and they blocked the road together...if you were a regular, you'd do it after clownship so just leave those boys, they just got their uniforms after so many months..as at when we were at the screening, they were still wearing salala like us..many of them with their broken arms and legs in MRS... Let them enjoy their life...they mistake they made is posting the video..now segalink on Twitter wants to get them withdrawn from NDA... Well make una Sha enter first...all this talk go stop when these same boys we dey block road open belt for your neck as prep wingers... You think they are small now, you'll see them like God's till they go in March.. 1 Like |

sikowitz17: I seem not to get ur point Sir, do mean to say dat if a tradition warrant d killing of twins, dat we should go ahead and practice it, after all it has bin practice for so many years even b4 we were born? Wrong tradition needs to b abolished. Expelling those guys from NDA is far too extreme, I think d should give dem anoda punishment. 2 Likes |

sikowitz17: Bro, I'm an Exboy and I don't support their actions atall. Their actions can't be justified! . What's wrong is wrong! Those cadets needs to be severely punished, they're future generals, they can't go around oppressing civilians because of their newly acquired status, some of them won't pass out sef. 5 Likes |

So you see what I was saying! This oga think it's right to harass civilians because of there newly acquired uniform. Because he himself will do the same when he gets there. Most people love this job because they will be able to harass unarmed civilians. Is that not nonsense? Can they do the same to armed civilians? (boko boys) send them to Bornu and they will be crying foul. sikowitz17: 2 Likes |

Dayordee4: Exactly. Do USMA Westpoint cadets do this? Is this how to serve taxpayers? By making a fool of yourselves and causing pain and anguish to motorists? What if a pregnant woman was in Labour and had to get to the hospital fast? What if accident victims were short of time in that traffic? Are they better trained than USMA Westpoint cadets or Sandhurst Cadets? NO.... Officers ought to be trained to be gentlemen and not to show off false bravado. They ought to even be in traffic situations and help control traffic to make it flow smoother and not to inflict more pain on road users. This apocryphal show of strength doesn't make you a better leader or a better fighting man (in battle). Nonesense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 9 Likes |

Lol all this long talk about these cadets ...lol they've started their military career...let's be on nairaland claliming right and wrong... It's simple...you don't agree doesn't mean it's a tradition they will stop... Besides I never said it was right I just told you to try and understand it.. Big big English and grammarians na him full here... I'm still telling you for a fact that if you entered NDA as a regular, you'd be in that video... But no...let's claim this high moral standard and continue to ride on this high horse.... It's bad for cadets to beat their juniors ..but most of you here were beating your juniors in secondary school but you know...since there's no record of it, high moral standards.. Until you wear the uniform, never ever abuse a man who has done what you are trying to do...cos you'd never understand.. The rest of you can continue your okoto mew mew discussions .... Wasn't there a time when cadets wrre beaten to death during "welcome beating" the academy abolished it...did it stop? Na una ooo...High standards fc.. 2 Likes |

Leave matter for Mathias...I still stand and say, if you were a regular cadet, you'd have done it.. |
