The recipe is simple.
Beans ( honey beans preferably)
For the sauce : Palm oil, medium sized onion, dry chilli peppers and salt to taste .

Just cook your beans till it is really really soft, add a little salt and mash with a wooden spatula until it's all mashed up and soft ( it mustn't be too thick because it'll get thicker when it gets cold )

For the sauce: pour some considerable amount palm oil into your heated pot or pan( don't allow the palm oil to bleach), when it's heated up, add in your finely chopped onion and roughly grinded dry chilli peppers and salt to taste, stir and allow to fry slowly on a medium heat until you can smell the aroma .
That's it.

Most times, whenever I cook some Africa dish in large quantity like the fried and Jollof rice up there, I package them and take it to the street and feed some less privileged and homeless people.

...Coming back from the market, I noticed I forgot my beef at the market. I quickly washed and placed my rice on heat, took a bike back to the market and collect my beef. Problem started when I couldn't get a bike back home due to police wahala...after about 15mins, I saw a bike....... Unfortunately, 80% of my rice was burnt when I got home...#sadtales

This was the result.. caramelized rice, beef stew, veggie sauce and dodo. It went down with my detox water (strawberry, cucumber and lemon flavoured water)
