Sorry mission impossible. anyway what type of biometric do you want to integrate?
If you're looking at fingerprint its impossible because php/JavaScript cannot interact with hardwares. You need C++/java desktop application to work in tandem with the web app. Only C++, java and the likes can interact with biometric systems.
On the other hand if you're looking at face detection system JavaScript and other frameworks can come in handy.
I have worked extensively on biometric verification system and so the information i am giving here is 100% true.

u cant use server side tech for biometrics , u can only use client side like java.. we can use java irrespective of the language u used to build ur site. we we only use java to save and compare biometric info in the database.
