Dude, better calm down.... Plenty people go school no work... You may just be going about this the wrong way. I suggest you try this tips 1. Choose a school in your catchment area...i.e your State.... 2. In Jamb, select your strong subjects if you can....you can find out from your schools admission guide. 3. Relax when writing exams... You need to be calm, so practice 4. Visit your department in your school... Check your hod, hod secretary, the president of the department... E.t.c. Open your self to them... You never can tell... 5. After your exam, try to follow up the admission process....sometimes these lecturers have slots... 6. Pray for God's help, Paul plants, Apollo waters, but its God that brings d blessing. 131 Likes 7 Shares |

miracood:Bros, don't ever give up. It will be frustrating, trust me I know. Change your approach to reading. Pick subjects combination you can pass effortlessly. Avoid subjects that will choke you up. While waiting, find something doing. Never too hell bent on money for now. That almost made me not to wanna go to school again. Avoid outdated syllabuses because what you learnt 5years isn't the perfect same now. Read everyday (at least 3hours). Be prayerful and God will answer your prayer. Smile padi, delay is not denial. Mafo Take it from a guy that it took 7years before being offered admission. Now, I am a graduate in one of the varsities. 37 Likes 1 Share |

miracood: why do you intend to waste ur time the more? u have bn trying to gain admission to university and all ur efforts are to no avail, tanksfully u gained to poly, why can't you just put ur utmost effort into ur doings in poly and graduate with a presentable results which in turn you can validly use to gain admission to university, why are you ignorant? or u think its everybody day will secure admission to the university thru jamb?? I just pray u don't regret ur nonchalant attitude about ur study in poly cuz I think with high result u can cross to famasi in university with slt from poly. I HAVE MY REGRET AS WELL AND ONE THING ABOUT REGRET IS DAT U WONT REALISE IT UNTIL ITS LATE. 39 Likes 1 Share |

i laugh wen i hear hw depressed some people are because of admission into d university, wen we have millions of graduates out there still in search of jobs even years after they've graduated. well since u completed ur sec sch, have u acquired any meaningful skill that can help u forge ahead in dis hard time? a nephew of mine who acquired a skill in welding, iron bending nd also a pro painter.. He learnt all these immediatly he was done wit sec sch after his first attempt in jamb which was in 2014. now he's 25 nd has a toyota camry nd living in a 2bedroom rented apartment since d beginging of 2018 all 2 himself. infact he registered his company wit CAC last year march nd has a workshop to himself wit boys who are under him... nd each time i bring up d issue of going further into higher institution he'll smile nd tell me aunty no nid abeg..although nw he's planing to enroll for a partime program in NOUN. so OP its never 2 late to turn ur depression into sumtin meaningful... 83 Likes 6 Shares |

What's SLT? You need to step out of your comfort zone. Try IJMB or Basic or Foundation or pre-degree. If you've had your o Levels all these years why didn't you try them? JAMB isn't the only way. It's not too late. Focus on your polytechnic programme, you can always easily get DE admission to your preferred course later. |

Birdeyeview: Only my girl children will go beyond secondary school by my hands, the boys will decide whether to further their studies or not after learner hands on skills in depth. University education in this part of the world is overrated. 24 Likes 1 Share |

Let me bluntly tell you that you are not serious. By now you should have been done with any other course and service and you will be applying for direct entry to study pharmacy. With this ur lazy personality, are you sure you can study pharmacy? Another depression will be setting in when you start failing or you got withdrawn from the program. 20 Likes |

Sorry. Why don't you start with another related course and then apply for direct entry instead of wasting your time waiting for the perfect course. You might be surprised that pharmacy isn't the course for you. Our best graduating student in my department that year wanted to study another course but got my course. She fell in love with it with time. So why wait? 7 Likes |

Pharmacy is an overhyped course based on experience. I think you should focus on some other passion of yours. You can't be all about Pharmacy. However, if you think pharmacy is the way for you. Prepare well, pray and attend tutorials. You may also go for A-levels or predegree of your preferred school. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Na wa Like seriously you are depressed because of admission Me wey no come go school nko wetin make I do I won't ask you not to pursue your dream, but please and please while waiting for your dreams to come through, engage yourself in other profitable ventures, trainings, courses etc. No time is too late to pursue a dream. During and after secondary school, I have always wanted to study mass communication at the university OOU preferably but things didn't work out as dreamt and I started working till I forgot about school. I never went to Uni but I made sure I improved on my English and always learn something new online. Today I have businesses of my own and I am now a student at a media school and just yesterday I enrolled at one of the best music school in Nigeria... No time is too late, it's only in the grave that one can't pursue dreams. So please shake off that depression OKAY? Let the will of God be done in your life... 30 Likes 1 Share |

When you get the admission and you finally graduate, what will you do with it? Did your father have a company waiting for you to work? Or you think those who have companies don't have family and friends that they will put there? My friend,go and learn a skill and make money, that is the surest way of making it in Nigeria now, apart from politics, football and music. 11 Likes 1 Share |
