Don't chicken out....give me pics from the construction site if river estate not the roads near Ngara which will create an alternative route to the CBD......that road is built by the same Chinese investors that intended building river estates..it is supposed to be part of the project seeing that your govt cannot provide world class road for them...Ngara is just a few minutes drive(less than 10 minutes) from the CBD hence the new connecting road link
