weatherlink:Very safe though I am of the thought that the Benzodiazepines (Lexotan) may upgrade metabolic activity affecting the other drugs. This may affect Coartem blood level and the short term use to which you insist on using it may not be dully established. I would advice you make use of it hours before both the Calcium channel (Amlodipine) and Coartem just to have a stone at hand to kill two birds. |

All, I have not really done much to cover those sending mails even though it is still something I may eventually gives charges on. I have an habit of not checking mails as a person. Often, why I insist on using instant messengers such as WhatsApp,it is so convenient for me. Should some of you still prefers writing mails, i would prefer you send me a Nairaland PM signal after sending the mail ( into my normal mail address) so as to signal to me a recent mail has been sent. This will make me to check the message and hasten a faster reply. Nonetheless, it would have been better to get across to me faster on WhatsApp (especially the evening hours) than through any other medium. Both my mail address and my Messenger's number are located in my signature just for those lagging around in finding them. |

. Doc just told me today to go for endoscopy. The top of my head is always hot, I have sore throat, heartburn. Doc said I have GERD. Doc said i should use omreprazole and cimetidine, I used them and heartburn subsided but sore throat and upper head hotness remain but sometimes heartburn still occur and I use antacid to suppress. All these started November 2019 and since then till now, my life is miserable. I can not eat anything reasonable. All triggers of heartburn have been avoided yet sore throat, upper head hotness and heartburn(subsides when antacid us used) still occur. Norland gastroinstetinal softgel was suggested by another doctor, all these complaints subsided in the course of using the first bottle, after completion, am having symptoms again. Though planning to buy another Norland gastrointestinal softgel bottle again. I have done H.Pylori test (negative), sugar level (normal), bp (normal). Will this endoscopy be my final Bustop because I have tested alot of money. I am in Ogun state and I learnt Babcock University and Osuth that offer endoscopy. Does anyone know how much endoscopy is? |

Livi2020:Start treatment by confirming this heavy growth from the medical laboratory centre. Antibiotics to treat this growth will be lined up as sensitivity. See a doctor with the result doctor for properly prescription. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by 2Ballz(m): 6:21am On Jan 08, 2020 |
samuel19222:Go and buy any of the Miconazole or Terbinafine cream. Applied on the lesion for both morning and night. An off prescription use of Benzoyl benzoate( mainly for scabies) can be helpful to quickly dry off the surface of the lesion and allow infiltration of the mycotic creams- Miconazole or Terbinafine. Prevention: 1) Change your stockings. 2) Avoid walking barefooted on wet floors. 3) Maintain a dry foot habit as much as you can. 4) kindly attend to your blood glucose if you diabetic 5) see that a doctor review any medication you are in for cases of immune suppression. |

Dear Doctor, Please I want to know if Lamictal recommended for seizure actually cures it. Secod, I understand it has a frightening side-effect. Is it a safe medication for seizure? |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by 2Ballz(m): 6:46am On Jan 08, 2020 |
Gee64:Well, no medication in seizure management serves as a cure. Lamictal is a broad spectrum antiseizure drug, it is a safe one provided all things being equal. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by 2Ballz(m): 7:22am On Jan 08, 2020 |
edo3:Alright. First, you immunity is not affected in anyway. Mucus coming with your faeces may also be the reason you are loosing weight too. You need to understand it is high time you stopped drinking alcohol. It is either affecting the walls of your digestive tract or the enzymes helping in the digestion of your food. Alcohol with fatty foods does not go well in this kind condition, and you may likely stool when you drink after a fatty diet. It is also not a bad thing to poop early in the morning. However, kind of stool(ing) matters. You may go to the lab to have your faeces analyse for cyst, larvae, mature worms or even bacterial load just to be assured of what the cause may be. Write me back when you do. But for the now, stop drinking alcohol and your faecal concentration will improve. |

Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by 2Ballz(m): 7:45am On Jan 08, 2020 |
luckypato:Go and buy Visita plus and Benzoyl benzoate. Ensure that the Visita plus is applied morning, afternoon(if possible) and in the evening time. While the Benzoyl benzoate is applied allover your body just before going to bed. Follow this up to one week consistently and report back to me soon after. Don't forget to report back to me so I could know what to advise you on when this fails. Apart from the itching and rashes, any other symptom or sign to tell me? |

Hello house. I just returned from calabar carnival on december 31st , and on the 6th of january i had a small fever but the temperature just normal . On that same night my body start itching at first i thought it was a mosquito bite but the next day by evening the itching become more intense usually in the evening i have done 4 HIV test they all came back negative, now the doctors are telling to come back after 6 weeks. I dont know what to do anymore Please help. The itching isnt visible unless i scratch it. They are usually intense at my elbow(just after the bicep), buttocks and knee rear knee, is that a symptom of hiv? I have no other symptoms apart from the rashes |

2Ballz: Thanks very much Doc, I will do as you said. No other symptoms, the inside of my cheek was a little tender throughout last week, i attributed it to the fever i had then, that's why i didn't mention it. It's is back to normal now though but it isn't unusual for my cheeks to be tender, i have this bad habit of biting the insides of my mouth. |
