Haysamo: Well, I never used any ECA number because there was no need. Under the section "Has an ECA been done to access this certificate:" I simply selected "NO". Besides, the nomination was through SINP's EOI which cared little or nothing about the accompanying spouse's education or work experience because there are no extra points allocated for that. 4 Likes |

Telemaduke83: You can go ahead and accept. You have abundant CRS points so removing his education won't be a problem |

Accept the ITA. Since there was no ECA, his education wasn't making any contribution to your CRS pre ITA. Therefore editing the educational qualification from Yes to No would make no changes to the CRS. You may use LOE when submitting if you want to justify the change that ECA wasn't ready. Telemaduke83: 953 CRS is high, I would decline this ITA and grab the next one from the next draw when everything in my profile reflects reality.....if it was me sha...that's what I would do. Just to avoid having to give an explanation for why/how spouse ECA changed from YES (ECA YES would have required an ECA ref #) to NO (I may have completely misunderstood this part...apologies) - which a VO may interpret as misrepresentation....even if without it your CRS is still sufficient. LOE may or may not cover a multitude of our sins. 4 Likes |

Congrats to all those who got ITAs and goodluck to all of us trying to get to that stage. I am about starting my WES Evaluation, I got this information on WES website ''In most cases if you have completed a minimum of one year full-time post-secondary academic study, you do not need to submit secondary school documents.'' Does this mean it is not compulsory to evaluate 0' level results? Thanks 1 Like |

claseek: This is always a tricky topic. Technically being PR gives you right to live anywhere in canada BUT with PNP you are obligated to make reasonable efforts to live in the province. From what I've read seems like a year or two is the safe minimum otherwise one might have problems when applying for citizenship and even risk losing PR status 3 Likes |

File number from AINP, April 30, 2019. Nomination received May 28, 2019 ITA received May 29, 2019. eAPR June 4, 2019. This was mainly because I felt my profile was going to expire by July 1 so had to submit fast. Now I know better. In any case I had prepared ahead. At a point unwanted to submit in 24hours, how foolish that would have been. July 16, 2019 BIL/MEP Mailed Ralph Aug 8, 2019. Discovered i had RR. Requested GCMS Notes Aug 12th, sent LOE on further explanation of my POF and work reference. Received Notes Sept 9th. Found out RR on work reference. Sent another LOE immediately. No feedback. Raised another GCMS Notes in October, received in Nov, no change in Notes. My file hadn't been touched since July 18, 2019 Raised CSE November, December no change. Countless check of my profile nothing Received PPR January 9, 2020 VO Sydney CIO... 42 Likes 3 Shares |
