The drawing or the image of the property will be helpful as well as the linear measurement of the said house just to know the actual size of the house. Yeah with these one can help.

2. What does the plastering service include? Walls only or installation of the doors, windows, fence, fence design, burglary proof, window hood, belt designs, installation of rails (if rot iron rail), edge dressing and polishing.

cost of bricklayer is about 3500 daily and service 2500 daily

Hello house, I have a 4 bedroom bungalow that I just completed the wood work, my carpenter gave me quotation of the roofing materials which I believe it is too much. He said I'm going to use 472.3sqm of aluminum step tiles. The actual land area developed is 199sqm, I took time to calculate the roof area according to what I have on the roof plan I got 221sqm. The highest point of the roof pitch cannot exceed 45 degrees(the plank was raised by 4m). Please I need someone that can help me get the actual area of the step tiles I need to buy. I can send the roof plan to u. Thanks.

Yes it should cost you more than that with the slate,woods and workmanship but as you said it cost you N650k you have done a good supervising job.
